Founded in 1994 by Marina Urquhart-Pullen, Meridian Osteopath relocated to new premises in East Grinstead Town Centre in January 2014 - we are a small, but growing, team of experienced and registered practitioners - including three osteopaths, a sports massage therapist, and a family counsellor.
Our first concern is to help relieve your pain and discomfort as quickly and as gently as we can.
We work with the needs and lifestyles of our patients, and are realistic about the levels of commitment, time, and opportunity for our patients to be able to participate in any home activity to support the treatment and bring about change.
We will offer advice on what you can do for yourself to assist the treatment, improve and speed up its effectiveness, as well as how both to prevent the injury recurring and how to maintain health and fitness overall.
